In accordance with the purposes of Regional Law 6 1989, Region Lombardy has given instructions for the development of tender for contracts for the management of local public transports:

Deliberation of the Regional Council (DGR) 14957 of 7 November 2003 – Local public Transport investments

Such deliberation has modified an agreement between the Region and the local boards on investments in local public transports also concerning the adaptation of vehicles for transporting people with disabilities.
