European regulation on the rights of disabled passengers during flights

The regulation was approved on 15 December 2005 by the European Parliament and forbids any kind of discrimination towards people with disabilities during flights in the European Union.
 The regulation will come into force two years after its publication on the Official Gazette. Articles forbidding refusing acceptance and transportation of disabled passengers will be applied one year after their publication.
