AIR TRANSPORT LEGISLATION
On 15 December 2005, the first European rules for the rights of disabled passengers during flights were approved. Such rules will be implemented two years after their publication on the Official Gazette. At present, there aren’t other specific laws concerning accessibility to disabled passengers. At different levels (national and international) a number of documents and acts on several aspects of this matter have been adopted. Their nature is mostly concerning the policy and partly the regulation.
Hereafter you’ll find a list of the most important references divided according to the field and validity. Each paragraph lists references in chronological order.
